Back:

Helllooo. We’re back from the Gower Peninsula, which nobody guessed, so I get the Mini Eggs. Yum.
We all had a lovely time, it was a bit chilly but mostly dry (after the first couple of days) and Eddie had a lot of fun on the various beaches.
More no doubt to follow; in the meantime, here’s [...]

Off:

I left for work and told Eddie to get his suitcase packed so that we could go on holiday tomorrow. I come home after a hard day at the office to find the scamp napping on the sofa resting his head on Elaine’s ankles, and with his (and her) suitcase remaining very unpacked.

Request:

I thought we’d more or less bottomed out the ‘Where did they go on honeymoon quiz’ but because Pete asked so nicely, I thought I’d see if I could try and prolong the agony.

There are no prizes.

Olympian:

We’re off to Dublin, the beautiful city; Dublin, the windy city; Dublin, the emerald city. Or, as it less frequently known, Dublin, the slightly crowded city. We had a splendid time. We ate, we drank, and quite frankly we made merry. Our hotel put us in their James Joyce room, which cheered me no end [...]

Stuffy:

Friday night and I was coming down with a cold-type thing. Saturday morning, and not only could I barely breathe without coughing up slime, I could barely hear a thing either. So I bailed out of that morning’s tutorial, and reluctantly came to the conclusion that I wouldn’t be going to the ‘Saturday Looks Good [...]
